Job Description
Staff Fullstack Engineer driving technical project execution and delivery, focusing on performance and security in a remote-friendly role based in Vienna.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and delivery of projects
- Support product development team with deep code reviews
- Participate in shaping new features
- Engage in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives
Requirements:
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g. coding copilots, LLM-based design assistants, automation agents)
- Fluency in Python and (preferably) the Django framework
- Experience managing large-scale production systems and building REST APIs
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as TypeScript and (preferably) React or Vue.js
- Skill in performing and validating AI-assisted code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning, experimenting, and turning new AI tools into practical workflows
