Job Description

Strategic Content Manager at Agero shaping marketing narratives and client engagement across various platforms. Driving client acquisition, program adoption, and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • The Strategic Content Manager will report directly to the CMO and own how Agero’s story is told — clearly, consistently, and persuasively — across audiences, channels, and client portfolios.
  • You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Engagement, Product, and external agencies to create modular, scalable content that supports:
  • Client acquisition and renewal
  • Program adoption and usage
  • Thought leadership and brand trust
  • Discoverability in search and AI-driven recommendation environments
  • Audit and simplify existing marketing and client-facing materials into clear, modular narratives
  • Develop concise, compelling articulation of Agero’s points of differentiation
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tied to products, services, and growth priorities
  • Measure campaign performance and confidently present insights to senior leadership and Board-level audiences
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and clarity across all storytelling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience in marketing or client services
  • Previous Strategy Consulting experience is a plus
  • Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to create clear, compelling slides and a natural storyteller
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C marketing, especially consumer / buyer journeys
