Job Description

Editor improving existing blog content for a fintech brand, adhering to NZ English standards. Ensuring SEO optimization and accurate content updates for the New Zealand market.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimise existing blog articles (-1,500 words per piece)
  • Incorporate target keywords, improve internal linking and update outdated information.
  • Ensure content meets NZ English standards and suits the tone of a consumer facing fintech brand.
  • Work from SEO briefs and content plants provided by the client.
  • Return edits in the agreed format within set turnaround times.

Requirements:

  • Nativel level NZ English speaker with strong editorial experience.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO: keyword usage, meta structures, content hierarchy.
  • Experience editing content in Finance, banking or a regulated industry preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented, fast, and confident making editorial decisions without extensive guidance.
