Job Description
SharePoint Content Manager supporting CNIC’s SharePoint Online environments at GDIT. Responsible for content administration and modernization initiatives with government projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support CNIC’s SharePoint Online (SPO) enterprise by assisting with content cleanup, site migrations, page/site updates, user support, permissions, and day‑to‑day content administration
- Provide subject matter expertise for CNIC SharePoint Online environments, helping stakeholders transition legacy content, build modern SharePoint pages, and ensure consistency and usability across CNIC SPO sites
- Support overall modernization initiatives by helping transition legacy content to modern SPO designs
- Collaborate with technical teams when content or configuration changes affect site functionality
- Troubleshoot account re‑enablement, access issues, and user support requests
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SharePoint content administration, site management, or related experience
- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance
- SharePoint Online / M365 SPO Site Collection Administration
- Modern page creation, lists, libraries, web parts, and navigation
- Content cleanup, content migration, and structural re‑organization
- Permissions, groups, and role-based access
- Troubleshooting user issues (accounts, permissions, access)
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
- Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree
