Job Description
Consultor SuccessFactors Pleno working in SAP consulting with implementation and support for HR modules. Collaborating with teams and managing client relationships in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Work at an SAP-focused consulting firm with experienced teams, significant projects, and direct engagement with national and international clients.
- Participate end-to-end: from discovery of needs through to production support of the solution.
- Work on implementation, enhancement and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Gather requirements from HR business areas and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure, parameterize and test processes in SuccessFactors.
- Lead workshops, training sessions and go-live activities with users.
- Document processes, configurations and best practices.
- Support integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical and business).
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Mid-level SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one module (e.g.: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning).
- Experience in implementation projects, roll-outs or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead meetings with business areas and translate needs into functional requirements.
- English for technical reading and participation in meetings with stakeholders.
- Availability to work under a PJ (independent contractor) arrangement.
- Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Experience with more than one SuccessFactors module.
- Experience with integrations between SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / SAP Cloud Platform.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or multicultural projects.
- Advanced conversational English.
