Job Description
Systems/Hardware Engineer managing supported systems of the C5ISC for U.S. Coast Guard. Provides system engineering, software engineering, and technical writing support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the supported systems of the C5ISC
- Provides services to include system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, test engineering, electronic engineering, and technical writing.
- Provides management, supervision, coordination, support, and monitoring of a project team
- Provides input for proposal preparation, project estimation and budgeting, technical review, and presentation
- Manages, tracks, controls, and reports on all aspects of project performance
- Generate, or oversees generation of, test and evaluation plans, and executes those plans when necessary.
- Documents and communicates results at all levels to Government representatives.
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate Degree in the field of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of seven (7) consecutive years of experience in the field of C4IT/Systems Engineering
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD government security clearance.
