Job Description
Senior Firmware Engineer developing embedded firmware for Matter-enabled devices at Very. Responsible for full device lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop production-grade firmware for Matter-enabled devices
- Own firmware development across the full device lifecycle
- Participate in hardware debugging and validation
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional embedded/firmware engineering experience
- Significant experience with ESP-IDF
- Direct experience implementing Matter on ESP32 devices
- Hands-on debugging experience at the firmware level
- Must reside in Canada and cannot be in Québec
- Must be authorized to work without sponsorship on a permanent basis
