Job Description
Junior Systems Integration Analyst at Stefanini involved in API and system integrations. Responsible for client interaction and problem resolution in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work on system integrations
- Maintain direct contact with clients
- Quickly resolve issues
- Analyze each case to handle it or escalate it to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements:
- Knowledge of APIs
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of Postman
- Knowledge of MySQL Workbench
- Experience with mappings between systems (source-to-target mapping)
- Ability to work on system integrations
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Quick problem-solving abilities
- Analytical capacity to handle cases or direct them to the appropriate team
- Preferred: prior experience in an IT environment
- Familiarity with other integration technologies
