Job Description
Interpreter facilitating communication in emergency situations between Tagalog callers and English operators. Ensuring clarity and understanding for effective dialogue in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enable communication between persons speaking different languages
- Properly translate the dialogue between the caller (native language) and the emergency operator (English)
- Deliver the message in the caller's preferred language and ensure that both parties understand each other
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write)
- Fluent in Tagalog language (Read, Speak and Write)
- Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skill
- Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
- Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above
- Own a laptop
- Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day)
- Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)

- 3-weeks training provided in the daytime(Monday to Friday) with a Training allowance
