Job Description

Technical recruiter engaging and hiring best-in-industry Hardware and ASIC talent for Cisco. Collaborating with business leaders to shape world-class engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent
  • Advising business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices
  • Participating in continuous education to train leaders and interviewers on conducting quality interviews
  • Guiding stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions
  • Structuring interview panels and leading debriefs
  • Partnering with hiring managers on strategic talent planning through hire and onboarding of candidates
  • Developing strong business acumen to understand engineering teams' work in relation to long-term goals

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering
  • 2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment
  • Thorough understanding of EEO laws
  • Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape
  • Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices
  • Experience using data to analyze trends and identify roadblocks
  • Demonstrated experience staying aware of current, evolving trends in the AI field
