Job Description
Tech Lead liderando times de desenvolvimento e dados na Rox Partner, empresa de tecnologia da Dexian. Projetando aplicações, microsserviços, arquiteturas cloud e plataformas modernas de dados.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to development and data teams
- Guide architecture, engineering, and implementation decisions
- Develop and evolve web applications using Node.js, JavaScript/ES6+, and TypeScript
- Develop and maintain frontend applications with React and/or Angular
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Design and evolve microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, SQL, and query optimization
- Define and implement solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Work with cloud-native and serverless architectures
- Implement and evolve CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines
- Use Git, branching, Pull Requests, and Code Review
- Promote automated testing, observability, logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, messaging, and asynchronous processing
- Define and evolve data strategies and architectures, pipelines, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouses, governance, and quality
- Support architectural standards, technical documentation, and ADRs
- Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Work with Scrum and Kanban, supporting planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Promote mentoring, technical development, knowledge sharing, and team maturity
- Work with technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into sustainable solutions
- Support security, DevSecOps, governance, compliance, and FinOps
- Participate in architecture, technical prioritization, risk, trade-off, and technology evolution decisions
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer
- Experience providing technical leadership to software development and/or data teams and projects
- Strong command of Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+), including TypeScript
- Experience with Express.js and/or Fastify
- Solid experience with React.js and/or Angular, including component architecture and state management with Redux, MobX, or equivalent solutions
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, authentication, authorization, security, and integrations
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, data modeling, advanced SQL, indexes, relationships, and query optimization
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of application scalability, high availability, resilience, and security
- Strong command of Git, branching, Pull Requests, and Code Review
- Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, build automation, testing, and deployments
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and its key services
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing
- Knowledge of observability, logging, metrics, and monitoring
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and/or Azure Service Bus
- Experience or knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Architecture
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouses, data governance, and data quality
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and technical decision-making skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and analyze architectural trade-offs
- Preferred qualifications: advanced Azure experience, serverless/cloud-native architectures, AWS/GCP, FinOps, DevSecOps, cloud security, governance, ADRs, advanced observability, modern data platforms, AI/Machine Learning/GenAI, and relevant certifications
