Job Description
Technical Lead orchestrating architecture in a remote role at Mollica IT. Seeking innovative projects with a focus on safety, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
- Other day-to-day responsibilities within the area.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in high-performance languages (Golang/Java) and distributed messaging
- Experience with payment APIs and integration with Central Bank systems (SPI/DICT)
- Strong command of Clean Code practices, TDD, and CI/CD
- Ability to solve complex concurrency and data persistence problems
- Solid experience in microservices architecture and high-availability systems
- Deep knowledge of financial messaging protocols (ISO 20022)
- Technical leadership of agile teams and product vision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
