Job Description
Tech Lead Manager managing automation systems for Jerry.ai's insurance marketplace. Leading efforts to build robust, fault-tolerant automation frameworks with a focus on AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve current automation systems to a robust, fault-tolerant framework
- Ensure systems handle external interface changes gracefully
- Lead refactoring of existing automation systems
- Design and implement new standards in collaboration with engineers
- Shift towards using AI-first approach for internal tools
Requirements:
- Founded a company or was a lead architect at an early stage startup
- Deep understanding of automation systems
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda)
- Experience with asynchronous state management and real-time system reliability
- High bar for system design for offline, asynchronous jobs
