Job Description
Tech Lead Salesforce liderando soluções, arquitetura e integrações em transformação global de Retail. EVT entrega consultoria, desenvolvimento e alocação especializada em tecnologia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce solutions in a major global transformation program in the Retail sector
- Analyze business requirements
- Define architectures and guide technical teams on highly complex projects
- Integrate different platforms and technologies
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and governance
- Maintain direct communication with clients, stakeholders, and global teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce projects, working as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in an equivalent role
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud
- Experience with solution architecture and integrations, including APIs, middleware, events, ERPs, and legacy systems
- Experience working on large-scale, complex, international projects, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Goods sectors
- Experience leading and providing technical direction to multidisciplinary teams in multi-vendor environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach for direct interaction with clients and executive stakeholders
- Advanced/fluent written and spoken English is essential
