Job Description

Technical Account Manager owning technical strategy, adoption, and health for Seeq’s strategic industrial-data software accounts. Driving deployments, support resolution, renewals, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and Seeq teams
  • Plan and manage rollouts of customized solutions, best practices, and significant use cases
  • Lead technical setup, integration, customer deployment, site rollout, expansion planning, testing, and coordination
  • Shepherd urgent or complex support tickets and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams
  • Coordinate customer Level 1 support with Seeq Support resources
  • Conduct technical reviews and monitor performance and availability
  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success and Revenue organizations
  • Improve Seeq’s TAM services, processes, and best practices
  • Act as the internal customer advocate for function, availability, and performance
  • Establish subject matter expertise on Seeq platform, network, and security requirements
  • Translate Seeq product information and innovations into clear, actionable customer guidance
  • Identify risks, recurring problems, capability gaps, and opportunities for preventive solutions or feature enhancements
  • Audit customer hardware network health, including offline devices, uptime, and connectivity issues
  • Lead quarterly technical reviews covering uptime, support trends, configuration audits, training gaps, and forward-looking technical plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role: Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, or higher-tier Customer Support
  • Broad technical knowledge of Seeq, or a similar enterprise-level product
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise or strategic accounts as the customer's primary technical point of contact
  • Strong technical fluency with enterprise IT ecosystems
  • Bias toward ownership and ability to escort issues to resolution
  • Expertise in using platform analytics to make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level conversations and cross-functional workshops
  • Excellent cross-functional communication
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer relationships
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across time zones and geographically diverse regions
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while maintaining follow-through
  • Must be authorized to work in the country in which you reside
