Job Description

Technical Eligibility Analyst handling healthcare eligibility analysis and data entry at Luminare Health. Supporting members, providers, clients, and internal teams through accurate issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical eligibility information
  • Perform eligibility-related data entry with high attention to detail
  • Work with employees/members, providers, clients, and co-workers to resolve issues
  • Use proprietary systems, various system platforms, and MS Excel/Word
  • Carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions
  • Deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution
  • Support continued process improvement in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum three years Eligibility experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment
  • Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients and differing levels of co-workers, including Client Management staff and all levels of staff
  • Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form
  • Flexible and open to continued process improvement
  • Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
  • Good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution
  • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various system platforms, and effectively use MS Excel/Word
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Previous leadership experience
