Job Description
Technical SaaS Project Manager delivering Salesforce-native software implementations for financial advisors. Managing scope, timelines, JIRA workflows, UAT, go-live, and post-launch support.
Responsibilities:
- Build the project plan with the client based on the signed SOW
- Run the project kickoff
- Own implementation projects from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, and the two-week post-go-live support window
- Create and manage JIRA tasks tied to technical work, including assignments, sprints, story points, and due dates
- Keep Asana milestone plans current
- Protect project scope and flag work outside the SOW for intake or deferral
- Manage multiple regulated-industry clients simultaneously
- Conduct status meetings and address UAT questions and risk flags
- Work with Business Analysts, Consultants, and Data Engineers
- Report to Elizabeth within the PMO / Implementation team
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in fintech, insurance, banking, or another regulated industry
- Hands-on experience running projects in JIRA and Asana, including task creation, sprint assignment, and status tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to hold clients and internal teams accountable to a plan
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master, or actively working toward one, preferred
- Prior experience implementing SaaS or CRM software preferred; Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Experience working with data engineers or technical teams on system implementations preferred
