Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading enterprise implementations of BigPanda’s AI-powered IT operations solutions for UK customers. Managing complex programs, executive stakeholders, measurable outcomes, and German-speaking engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Ensure projects deliver business value and technical alignment
- Act as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders
- Shape operating-model decisions and secure executive sponsorship for change
- Manage large, complex programs spanning multiple BigPanda products and customer business units
- Define, deliver, and track measurable customer value, including business outcomes, ROI, and value-realization plans
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers to align solutions with clients’ business and technical goals
- Champion customer success stories and outcomes validating BigPanda’s business value
- Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in BigPanda’s AI capabilities
- Communicate clearly with English- and German-speaking customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations
- Fluent German (written and spoken), at CEFR C1 level or above
- Extensive ownership experience of project timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources, including risk identification and mitigation
- Experience building relationships with and communicating complex project status to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leads
- Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones
- Experience in AIOps or ITOps preferred
- Experience with monitoring, observability, or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace preferred
- Must be UK-based
