Job Description
Trainer:in für Allplan mit Leidenschaft und Erfahrung in der CAD-gestützten Bauplanung. Unterstützen von Fachkräften in der digitalen Planung und Konstruktion im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Digital planning and construction
- Knowledge transfer
- Guiding professionals in their transition to CAD-based building design
- Tutoring from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Applying a variety of instructional methods for course design
- Conducting assessments to measure competency gains
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in this field
- Proof of an ACP certification, or willingness to obtain one
- Solid knowledge of Allplan (CAD software for architectural and structural engineering)
- Creation and editing of 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols
- 3D modeling, visualization, and familiarity with BIM standards and processes
- Use of advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, remodeling planning, structural engineering, and VisualScripting
- Experience in building structures: planning and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures
- Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management
- Didactic skills
- Methodical and didactic aptitude in delivering instructional content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Desirable: proof of pedagogical suitability (trainer qualification according to AEVO, Train‑the‑Trainer)
