Job Description
Trainer for WBS TRAINING SE delivering instruction in payroll accounting from remote. Aiming to develop students' skills through various teaching methods in an innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight.
- In your role as trainer, the primary focus is on developing the participants' competencies.
- In your lesson design, you see yourself both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
- This includes subject-related instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®
- Application of various teaching methods for lesson design
- Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conducting assessments to measure competency gains
Requirements:
- A vocational commercial qualification with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll/HR administrator)
- Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Payroll accounting with DATEV
- Payroll accounting with Lexware
- Fundamentals of payroll accounting
- Advanced payroll accounting
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO)
- Very good command of German (C2 level)
