Job Description
German-speaking trainee learning customer advice, financial planning, and sales in Germany’s finance sector. Preparing for IHK insurance and investment qualifications with structured mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional client meetings, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients
- Gradually build your own client portfolio
- Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, financial provision, investment, and wealth building
- Work closely with experienced advisors
- Become familiar with all core processes in financial services sales
- Participate in training sessions and hands-on professional development
- Receive guidance, coaching, and individualized support from Kevin Kehr
Requirements:
- German Abitur (university entrance qualification), completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native speaker)
- Residence in Germany
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to develop into a licensed financial advisor
