Job Description
Trainee im Finanzvertrieb bei Kevin Kehr, mit IHK-Ausbildung, Kundenberatung und Finanzplanung. Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstamms mit Mentoring und Karriereperspektive.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Support the acquisition and consultation of new clients
- Gradually build your own client portfolio
- Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation
- Work closely with experienced advisors and learn core sales processes
- Receive personal guidance, coaching, and support from Kevin Kehr
Requirements:
- High school diploma, completed commercial vocational training, or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency)
- Residence in Germany
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
