Job Description
Trainee/Junior AI Engineer analyzing client business processes and implementing automation solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to design workflows and deploy AI agents across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing customer business process in tight cooperation with stakeholder, define “state-to-be” -= optimised BP, implement improvements via automation and agents to identify automation opportunities;
- Design and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n;
- Integrate AI solutions with customer tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, Slack, Notion, Gmail, Hubspot);
- Test, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents to ensure reliability and performance;
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and client teams, customer stakeholders, process owners and decision makers to ensure smooth rollouts.
Requirements:
- 0.6 —1 year of hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make
- Solid understanding of automation workflows, APIs, REST, and webhooks
- Basic experience with AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering concepts
- Familiarity with Python or Node.js for scripting or custom integrations (a plus)
- Analytical mindset and ability to design scalable automation flows
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
