Job Description
Vice President of Implementation leading tech implementations for government clients. Managing project governance, integration, and team performance for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new technology platforms for government clients.
- Oversee program governance, project management, and milestone delivery to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Build and lead a high-performing implementation and PMO team, establishing best practices and scalable frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in client onboarding, delivery efficiency, and technology adoption.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management or technology implementation leadership roles.
- Proven success leading large-scale tech implementations, ideally within government or regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, systems integration, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
