Job Description
Vice President of Engineering leading architectural strategy for Acclaro’s technology ecosystem. Overseeing evolution of localization platform and driving AI transformation within engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the engineering vision for ATLAS and broader internal tooling
- Lead the implementation of LLMs and Generative AI within products
- Conduct deep-dive architectural reviews and regular code reviews
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of engineers and third-party partners
- Champion modern, cloud-native architectures and CI/CD practices
- Translate complex technical debt and architectural needs into business-aligned outcomes
- Ensure compliance (SOC 2, GDPR) and resilience across all systems
Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering leadership
- Deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and RAG & RAT architectures in production environments
- Navigation of discussions on microservices, API-first design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience managing high-performing, remote-first engineering cultures
- Understanding of MT, AI-PE, AI-QE, AI-LQA and the complexity of global content workflows
- Successfully implemented AI coding assistants and automated QA agents
