Job Description
Contract Video Editor producing high-volume AI-powered videos for Instagram and YouTube. HexCoded is an AI video studio reshaping video, image, and audio creation.
Responsibilities:
- Produce a high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube, including hooks, reels, shorts, edits, and trend-led pieces
- Edit videos with strong pacing, motion, sound design, and finishing details
- Work across the AI creative stack and select the right tools for each project
- Take ideas from concept through storyboard, generation, final edit, and publication independently
- Study high-performing content and maintain a high standard for the company's channels
Requirements:
- Standout portfolio demonstrating taste and range
- Editing proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Deep hands-on fluency with AI creative tools
- Knowledge of Indian and global AI model landscapes and their differences
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube performance factors, including hooks, pacing, retention, and trends
- Speed, ownership, and willingness to produce at high volume
- Bonus: experience running a social account with real engagement or comfort on camera/directing talent
