Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Edit YouTube videos smoothly, dynamically, and entertainingly
- Add 2D animations to selected segments
- Use music, sound effects, and B-roll appropriately
- Bring new ideas and fresh editing styles
- Contribute to YouTube content that explains complex topics simply and makes them compelling to watch
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of how YouTube works (hooks, pacing, watch time)
- Sense for good flow, timing, and engaging storytelling
- Ability to work independently and an eye for clean, modern edits
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for diving into new topics
- Experience editing for YouTube is a plus
