Job Description
Auditor conducting virtual audits for a global restaurant chain. Evaluating food safety and operational compliance through virtual sessions with restaurant teams.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct 1-hour virtual audits with restaurants, including preparation and review
- Interactive session following a structured questionnaire
- Provide feedback and coaching based on observations
- Complete audit reports accurately and promptly
- Maintain professional communication and uphold brand standards
Requirements:
- Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent reading and interpretation abilities
- Food safety knowledge would be an added value
- Natural talent for professional interaction, coaching, teaching, and training
- Multilingual proficiency (with basic written and spoken English skills required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection, laptop access, and a quiet workspace
