Job Description
Shop Auditor ensuring brand standards for clients through visits and feedback. Conduct quality checks and report findings using a digital tool in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Quality checks: You visit retail outlets and assess objectively defined criteria such as cleanliness, product availability, and the correct implementation of promotions.
- Product presentation: You verify that visual merchandising complies with the client's internal guidelines.
- Direct feedback conversation: After the audit you provide professional feedback to the store staff.
- Reporting: You record your findings and photos precisely in our digital reporting tool via smartphone.
Requirements:
- Eye for detail: You don't miss misplaced products or missing price tags.
- Strong communication skills: You can deliver feedback so it is perceived as supportive rather than critical.
- Self-organization: You plan your routes independently and efficiently.
- Mobility & technology: You own a car, a smartphone for documentation, and a laptop for planning.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Clean criminal record: A spotless reputation is required for this position of trust.
