Job Description
Virtual Creative Group Facilitator leading creative groups for adolescents in PHP/IOP mental health programs. Supporting engagement, connection, and emotional expression through remote activities.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate 2–3 live virtual groups each week
- Create structured, age-appropriate activities
- Promote creativity, connection, and emotional expression
- Maintain engagement in a virtual group setting
- Complete attendance and required documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field
- Group facilitation experience
- Experience working with adolescents ages 13–17
- Familiarity with PHP, IOP, or behavioral health settings
- Experience facilitating creative groups remotely
- Private home office, webcam, and reliable internet
- Preferred: Adolescent PHP/IOP experience
- Preferred: Trauma-informed or strengths-based experience
- Warm, creative, and dependable virtual presence
