Job Description
Visual Designer managing ALEMI's brand execution and creative direction across marketing materials. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality visual representation and design consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the visual execution of the ALEMI brand across all touchpoints
- Development, maintenance and consistent application of the ALEMI visual guidelines
- Conceptualization and hands-on production of creatives for paid social ads (static, video, UGC cuts), as well as website and campaign assets
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality look across website, ads, social media, store screens and brand materials
- Creative direction for photo and video shoots (look, visual language, execution)
- Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Website & E‑Commerce, Social Media and the founder
- Translate performance feedback into new creative variants and iterations
- Targeted use of AI tools to support your work, e.g., for ideation, initial visual concepts or moodboards, creative inspiration and everyday efficiency gains – always with clear quality standards and human refinement
- Provide professional guidance and feedback to a working student in the creative team
- Briefing, coordination and quality control of external freelancers
- Structured organization, versioning and quality assurance of all assets
Requirements:
- Approx. 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in visual design, creative or content
- Experience in a digital environment, e.g., DTC, e-commerce, agency or startup
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to execute and evolve brands visually
- Very proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience creating paid social creatives, social content as well as website and campaign assets
- Openness and curiosity toward AI-assisted tools in the creative process
- Structured, clean working style with high quality standards
- Curious about how creatives perform and eager to understand why something works
- Able to translate feedback, including performance data, into better design
- Strong sense for aesthetics, brand impact and tone
- Open to new technologies, tools and ways of working
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Very proficient in English, both spoken and written
