Job Description
Freelance WordPress Developer for Buildern's blog section. Involves maintaining and optimizing the WordPress site with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the WordPress-based blog section of the Buildern website
- Implement, publish, and format blog articles, ensuring consistent layout and styling
- Customize and adjust WordPress themes and templates as needed
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Manage WordPress plugins, updates, and apply basic security best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to support publishing needs
- Ensure SEO-friendly structure and proper content formatting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, and plugins
- Experience with HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for WordPress blogs
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for freelance work with a flexible schedule
