Job Description
Workday Analyst supporting integrations for Strada, a global people, payroll, and technology provider. Configuring, testing, and rolling out Workday solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise in Workday Integrations using Workday-delivered tools
- Apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate technology into clients' business environments
- Plan implementations and conduct fit analysis
- Facilitate design sessions to gather requirements
- Configure and unit test integrations
- Support rollout and potentially post-implementation activities
- Assist clients with Workday integration design, implementation, and support
- Create solutions for client or internal review
- Participate in client meetings and communicate status
- Resolve integration-related issues
- Evaluate Workday new-release capabilities
- Assess impacts on current processes
- Organize testing and rollout activities
Requirements:
- Expertise in Workday Integrations using Workday-delivered tools
- Peoplesoft HCM or Fin Techno Functional/Workday Certified or Non Certified
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
- Current and future work authorization in India without requiring visa sponsorship by Strada
- Successful completion of applicable background checks
