Job Description
Werkstudent unterstützt eine Finanzberatung beim Terminaufbau, Kundenkontakt und der strukturierten Vorbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen. Leistungsorientierte Rolle mit Coaching und Perspektive ins Trainee-Programm.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments by phone, through networking, and via leads, while building a well-organized pipeline
- Learn call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
- Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results
- Analyze client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner
- Participate in client conversations according to your level of knowledge
- Handle follow-ups and ensure clear next steps
- Maintain accurate processes and document activities consistently
- Work closely with the team and take ownership of defined areas of responsibility
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
- German proficiency at least at C1 level, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and reliability
- Initiative and a structured approach to work
- Motivation to perform and achieve measurable results
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or a sports/performance-oriented environment is desirable
- Willingness to make phone calls and build appointments
- Willingness to work with KPIs, call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
