Job Description

Werkstudent HR im Bereich People Development bei AdEx Partners. Organisation von Trainings und Mitwirkung bei People Development in einem agilen, virtuellen Umfeld.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and administer training sessions and onboarding days
  • Contribute to conceptual initiatives in People Development
  • Maintain and update the HR intranet
  • Apply modern trends and technologies in HR, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence

Requirements:

  • Enrolled at a German university in an advanced bachelor’s program or at the beginning of a master’s program with coursework relevant to HR (e.g., business psychology)
  • Ideally, initial experience in personnel development or the HR field through internships, university projects or similar
  • Experience with common HR software is an advantage
  • Interest and availability for longer-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Independent and self-organized working style, including in a virtual environment
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
