Job Description
Administrative role managing documentation, vendor communication, and accounts receivable for JLL in Thailand. Supporting real estate operations in Phuket and Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation
- Coordinate communication with tenants and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement and inventory management
- Handle billing and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with document management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be fluent in Thai and English.
