Job Description

Administrative role managing documentation, vendor communication, and accounts receivable for JLL in Thailand. Supporting real estate operations in Phuket and Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate communication with tenants and stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management
  • Handle billing and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with document management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be fluent in Thai and English.
