Job Description

Accounting Assistant responsible for assisting in all accounting processes at Tutera Senior Living corporate office. Focused on Accounts Payable and accounting duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for our corporate office
  • Assist with corporate Accounts Payable
  • AMEX expense coding
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to five or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks required
  • Must have experience in Accounts Payable, Expense reporting
  • Experience with Ottimate, Excel, Sage, Concur are preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
