Job Description
Accounting Assistant responsible for assisting in all accounting processes at Tutera Senior Living corporate office. Focused on Accounts Payable and accounting duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Director of Corporate Accounting with all accounting processes for our corporate office
- Assist with corporate Accounts Payable
- AMEX expense coding
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks required
- Must have experience in Accounts Payable, Expense reporting
- Experience with Ottimate, Excel, Sage, Concur are preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
