Job Description

Ad Designer creating performance-driven ads for a premium humidifier brand. Collaborate with the Marketing team to scale creative for paid media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
  • Develop multiple creative variations per concept (hooks, angles, CTAs, layouts)
  • Execute rapid testing cycles based on performance data
  • Translate growth briefs into high-quality, on-brand ad assets
  • Create short-form video ads (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 formats)
  • Edit UGC into performance-optimized paid ads
  • Add captions, motion graphics, overlays, callouts, and performance hooks
  • Review performance metrics weekly with the Growth team

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in performance-focused creative design
  • Strong portfolio of paid social and digital ad creative
  • Strong understanding of Meta ad formats
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • CapCut / similar short-form editing tools
  • Experience designing for DTC brands (premium preferred)
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with performance urgency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with fast iteration cycles
