Job Description
Ad Designer creating performance-driven ads for a premium humidifier brand. Collaborate with the Marketing team to scale creative for paid media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Develop multiple creative variations per concept (hooks, angles, CTAs, layouts)
- Execute rapid testing cycles based on performance data
- Translate growth briefs into high-quality, on-brand ad assets
- Create short-form video ads (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 formats)
- Edit UGC into performance-optimized paid ads
- Add captions, motion graphics, overlays, callouts, and performance hooks
- Review performance metrics weekly with the Growth team
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in performance-focused creative design
- Strong portfolio of paid social and digital ad creative
- Strong understanding of Meta ad formats
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- CapCut / similar short-form editing tools
- Experience designing for DTC brands (premium preferred)
- Ability to balance brand integrity with performance urgency
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with fast iteration cycles
