Job Description

Growth Marketing Designer developing high-converting landing pages and digital marketing assets. Collaborating across teams using AI workflows and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Claude to generate, iterate, and ship landing page copy and layouts at speed
  • Design visually compelling landing pages in Fable from concept to published
  • Maintain a consistent visual theme across client assets and variants
  • Work with AI to write and refine copy that drives action for various audiences/ campaigns
  • Work with clients to collect brand assets and guidelines to use with prompts
  • Build out a library of prompts and other reusable components to improve efficiency
  • Own the workflow from brief, design, and copy before handing off for publishing
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to align pages with campaign goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing design (landing pages, sites, apps etc)
  • Hands on experience using Claude (or similar) to assist design and copy work
  • Background working for a fast-paced, US-based design agency or DTC brand
  • Solid design portfolio showcasing landing pages and other digital marketing assets
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy, etc)
  • Proficiency using Figma or similar low-code page builders to create professional landers
  • Proven copywriting ability (blogs, landers, site copy, etc)
  • Highly conscientious with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time EST
