Job Description

Agile Delivery Lead guiding distributed APAC teams delivering enterprise WordPress projects for Human Made. Managing Scrum delivery, client relationships, project scope, budgets, risks, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage each project's scope and timeline
  • Create and maintain a team culture that facilitates shared responsibility for successful delivery
  • Guide and coach teams on agile framework principles and practices
  • Define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements with the squad
  • Prepare and facilitate virtual or in-person workshops
  • Facilitate meetings to monitor progress and resolve team issues
  • Remove impediments or guide the team in removing them
  • Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate with stakeholders
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies
  • Determine when to use experiments for learning and solutioning
  • Monitor project budgets and report status to the company
  • Manage allocation of project needs with squad composition
  • Facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Build client partnerships and align teams with clients' business goals
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams, including difficult conversations
  • Use data to support critical decisions
  • Develop creative and technical judgment and pursue high-quality output
  • Share progress with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct team reviews and retrospectives
  • Present metrics and report progress, team status, and issues to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications desirable
  • Experience in a scrum master / agile delivery role
  • Experience working in dynamic, multi-project environments and adapting quickly between contexts
  • Experience applying Scrum, broader agile principles, and data-driven approaches
  • Experience in an enterprise agency environment and/or hands-on Scrum expertise
  • Strong servant leadership, negotiation, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and transparency skills
  • Ability to negotiate and adapt project scope in response to change
  • Strategic and driven mindset
  • Experience using project management tools, budget/time tracking tools, and issue tracking software; ability to recommend appropriate tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Knowledge of web technologies including WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, version control systems, and hosting/deployment best practices
