Job Description
AI Implementer transforming workflows using AI for a demand generation firm. Collaborating on automation in B2B marketing and supporting team efficiency with AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered automations for client deliverables (reports, audits, data summaries)
- Implement tools that use LLMs to analyze CRM data, generate insights, or make recommendations
- Reduce manual effort across our teams by automating repetitive internal processes
- Evaluate and integrate AI products into our stack
- Monitor usage of the tools you build and improve as needed to ensure they are adopted by users
- Evangelize AI internally and support team members adopt AI in their work
Requirements:
- You've built something real with AI — even a side project, a script, or a personal tool
- You're comfortable with Python or JavaScript and aren't afraid to figure out new APIs
- You're curious about B2B marketing, sales, and how growth teams operate
- You communicate clearly in writing — you'll be working with a remote team
- You care about producing work that's actually useful, not just technically interesting
- You have a genuine interest in technology, AI and its applications, and a can-do mentality
