Job Description
AI Adoption Engineer facilitating customer engagement to drive adoption of AI tools within engineering teams. Focused on running hackathons and customer developer events for effective implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and run internal hackathons
- Build and own the Customer Developer Day program
- Develop facilitation infrastructure for programs
- Partner with stakeholders to identify interventions
- Capture outcomes from engagements
- Identify patterns across customer engagements
- Be a credible technical presence with developers
Requirements:
- Experience running developer events, hackathons, or technical workshops
- Technical enough to be credible with experienced engineers
- Understanding of great adoption programs
- Energized by direct customer engagement
- Experience in post-sales or customer success context
- Strong communicator and facilitator
- Use AI tools as core infrastructure
