Job Description
Werkstudent:in entwickelt Website, App und Praxis-Dashboard für MedTech-Startup Xeno Patch. Einsatz von KI-Tools und Nutzerfeedback zur schnellen Produktverbesserung.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop and maintain the website (currently built with Lovable)
- Contribute to the app and the web dashboard for medical practices and clinics
- Bring together the various digital components into a cohesive product portfolio
- Test new features and iterate based on user feedback
- Use AI tools to rapidly develop and implement new ideas
- Work closely with the founders to define priorities and the direction of the digital strategy
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled university student, ideally studying or having an interest in entrepreneurship, computer science, digital business, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in web or app development is a plus
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., React/TypeScript and web fundamentals)
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) is a plus
- Proficiency with common web and office tools
- Structured, priority-focused approach when managing multiple digital projects in parallel
- Ability to translate user feedback into concrete product improvements
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills when working with the founders, despite part-time involvement
- Ability to work effectively in a team despite predominantly remote collaboration
- Independent and reliable working style in a part-time role
- Interest in MedTech, startups, and taking on significant responsibility early on
- Eagerness to learn and curiosity about new tools
