Job Description
AI Transformation Manager in a fast-growing healthcare technology organization, leading automation projects and AI workflow improvements. Experience in AI strategy and hands-on coding with Claude required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI workflow audits across operations and support teams
- Identify automation opportunities with clear ROI
- Prototype AI tools quickly using modern LLM workflows
- Deploy automation for scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows
- Partner with engineers to move prototypes into production
- Train teams and drive adoption of new AI workflows
- Build repeatable frameworks for future AI implementations
Requirements:
- Hands-on Claude Code experience (required)
- 3–7 years in AI strategy, consulting, or operations roles
- Experience building or prototyping AI workflow automation
- Strong process mapping and operational analysis skills
- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
