Job Description
Clean energy technician servicing and repairing air source heat pumps and heating systems for Aira customers across the UK. Performing routine maintenance, reactive repairs, and component fault-finding.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, Unvented hot water cylinders, and other system components
- Perform scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented hot water cylinders
- Fault-find, repair, and replace system components including unvented hot water cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, buffer vessels, zone valves, and programmers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help Aira customers get the most out of their Clean Energy heating system
- Work as part of Aira's UK-wide network of Technicians
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- WRAS qualifications
- Unvented hot water qualifications (Part G)
- Gas qualifications
- Experience in central heating fault finding, service and repair (Gas or Renewables)
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) would be good
- Level 3 heat pump system design would be good
- F-Gas Category 1 would be good
- Air Source Heat Pump experience is not necessary
