Job Description
Analytics Engineer II partnering with different areas to develop data solutions for Arco Educação. Focusing on data modeling, architecture, and workflows for insights.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different teams to understand business needs and propose the best data modeling solutions;
- Translate business concepts into quantitative metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.);
- Model and architect data for analytical purposes following best practices, including data quality and documentation;
- Orchestrate workflows related to data pipelines.
Requirements:
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines;
- Advanced SQL
- Hands-on experience with analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake, and Data Vault);
- Knowledge of analytical architecture patterns (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.);
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders;
- Experience leading stakeholder alignment: understanding business needs, proposing solutions, and validating deliverables;
- Experience orchestrating workflows with Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, dbt, or Dataform;
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
