Job Description
Analytics Engineer building dbt and BigQuery data infrastructure for LangChain’s AI agent platform. Enabling self-serve analytics, KPI dashboards, and insights into customer health, adoption, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable dbt models and context describing the business, powering self-serve analytics
- Work with and expand the foundational data stack: Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Hex
- Connect data from Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Postgres, and other sources into the BigQuery warehouse
- Build dashboards tracking progress against company goals and KPIs
- Analyze product usage and operational data to surface insights about customer health, adoption, and revenue
- Develop and leverage deep understanding of business metrics to drive alignment and decision-making
- Enable business teams to diagnose issues, uncover opportunities, and drive success using data
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a related role (analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar)
- Technical proficiency in BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Fivetran, Segment (or similar tools)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to synthesize findings effectively
- Curiosity and a strong business sense
- Startup DNA and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Self-directed and able to work without process or oversight
- Must answer whether sponsorship will be required to legally work in the U.S.
