Job Description
Developer with expertise in CoStar managing reports and application setup for real estate and leases. Involves technical troubleshooting, SOP documentation, and transaction management.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise to develop reports in a CoStar
- Implementation of report suite
- Developing customized reports for specific business needs
- Updating reports as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar
- Create or setup new transaction types within the application.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, application setup
- IT knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues
- Analytical skills: Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions.
- Documentation skills: Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting.
