Job Description
Treasury CoE Assistant Manager managing bank information, wire transfers, and client banking relationships for JLL’s global real estate services business. Supporting UK and France customers with treasury operations and risk assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Process requests to obtain information from banking institutions
- Process wire transfers from Jones Lang LaSalle banks as needed
- Assist in maintaining the Legal Bank listing
- Assist in maintaining bank files
- Provide customer service for internal staff and clients
- Assist clients and staff with bank services
- Resolve issues and answer questions
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Partner with site staff and accountants to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients
- Independently prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Navigate difficult conversations, answer complex queries, assess risk, maintain accurate records of chasing activities, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Use negotiation skills and build rapport with customers in the UK and France
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Bank and/or Treasury Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications like Excel and Outlook
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident individual
- Willingness and ability to accept responsibility
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility in completing job responsibilities as priorities change
- Fluent French-speaking ability
- Ability to speak to customers in the UK and France
