Job Description

Associate Practice Manager leading operations for a 24/7 Urgent Care service line at Teladoc Health. Managing clinical workflows, staffing, and operational excellence for remote care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the Urgent Care (24/7) service line
  • Managing daily operational workflows to ensure practice readiness
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and provider coverage
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations
  • Leading licensure operations, including oversight of ~9,000 W2 licenses
  • Supporting multi-region provider onboarding and ensuring ongoing provider readiness
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted operational resource
  • Leading change management efforts for operational processes
  • Identifying, recommending, and executing process and clinical workflow improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry
  • Outpatient experience is highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
  • Well-organized and a self-motivator
  • Computer skills: must be able to generate reports and documents
  • Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
